The information we ask for

To prepare an estimate, the form needs your name, a number we can reach you on, the street address, city and ZIP where the job is, and which service you are interested in. Everything else is up to you: an email address, a description of the problem, and as many as five pictures. When you phone us, we note the calling number and anything we arrange together. After a visit, we keep a short record of your vent or duct system, which saves time on the next one.

How we use it

• To arrange and carry out the job you requested, and to reply when you have questions.
• To send the estimate, a booking confirmation or a bill.
• To text you reminders or the odd offer, and only when you have ticked the second box.
• For no other purpose. Your details are never sold, rented out or swapped with anyone.

Phone calls and texts

There are two tick boxes on the form, and both start empty. Ticking the first allows us to call and text your number about this estimate request and to remind you of appointments, which can include automated texts. Ticking the second also allows texts with cleaning reminders and occasional offers. Leave both empty and we will still reply to your request. How often we message you varies. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing is never required to buy a service from us.

If you tick a box, the system that receives the form stores proof of it: the exact wording shown next to the box, which of the two it was, your number and the date and time. That proof protects you as much as us, because it is also how a STOP reply takes effect straight away.

Pictures you upload

Any pictures you attach travel with your request to the platform that hosts this site and are kept there, visible only to us. We look at them to price the job and for no other reason, and we will erase them if you ask.

Other parties involved

Form submissions reach us through our website platform, which keeps them so we can read and reply. No payment is taken on this site, and no card or bank details are stored here.

Spam protection on the form comes from Cloudflare Turnstile, run by Cloudflare, Inc., which may look at technical details of your browser and device solely to tell people from bots.

Cookies, analytics and maps

Our website platform adds Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and to show us which pages are read. Google receives details such as the pages viewed, as described in Google’s privacy policy. A few pages show a map of our listing on Google, loaded from Google, which can place cookies of its own. Like any web host, ours keeps routine logs (IP address, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site working.

Changing or erasing your information

Phone (813) 560-8177 whenever you like and tell us what to fix or remove. We will let you know when it has been done. Anything the law obliges us to keep for tax or bookkeeping is kept for the required period and no longer.
